Who we are
This website, landatrade.com, is operated by SHIJIAZHUANG LANDA MAOTONG INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LTD. (石家庄澜达贸通国际贸易有限公司), No. 8 Xiaofeng Road, Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China. For any question about this policy or your data, write to ewan@landatrade.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us, plus basic technical information that any web server records.
- Enquiry details — your name, company, email address, country, product interest, estimated quantity and the description of your project.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and time of the visit. Our hosting provider records these in standard server logs to keep the site secure and working.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and answer questions about products, pricing, samples and lead times.
- To prepare quotations, samples and production plans if you decide to work with us.
- To keep a record of enquiries and orders for accounting and quality purposes.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Legal basis (EU/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process enquiry data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where consent is required, we ask for it and you may withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run this site and answer you:
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form handling (United States).
- NetEase (163.com) enterprise mail — our email provider (China), which stores and delivers messages sent to ewan@landatrade.com.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so. We never share your enquiry for marketing purposes.
International transfers
Because we work with international suppliers and service providers, your information may be processed outside your country, including in China and the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. If we start working together, order-related records are kept as long as required by accounting and export regulations.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to ewan@landatrade.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it to answer you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
